The device is designed as a compact printed circuit board without a housing with a direct connection to a USB 2.0 port.

A compact service converter printed circuit board to create a stable bridge between a PC and microcontrollers of wireless radio detection boards.
Technical characteristics of the radio component:
– PC connection interface: Direct USB 2.0 plug (type A)
– Service output interface: Pin connector with 5 independent contacts (+3.3V, GND, +5V, TXD, RXD)
– Logic level of TTL signal: 3.3 V / 5 V (full hardware compatibility)
– Design: Compact mounted board without housing for b2b integration
– Visual monitoring: 3 SMD LEDs on PCB (red POWER indicator and two activity indicators of RX/TX data lines)
Engineering features and connections to Green / Amber boards:
To successfully change service timers, change frequencies of Baofeng radios through the proprietary utility “Configurator”, use a strict 3-pin cross-connection scheme of data lines:
1. GND of the adapter ➡ GND of the radio detection board
2. RXD of the adapter ➡ TX of the radio detection board (Input to Output)
3. TXD of the adapter ➡ RX of the radio detection board (Output to Input)
*Establishing communication and intercepting the bootloader by the service software is carried out at the moment of power supply to the board using its physical switch or clock button immediately after pressing the “Connect” key in the PC interface. The board is supplied in antistatic engineering packaging.
