Privacy and personal data protection policy

This Privacy Policy defines the procedure for obtaining, storing, processing, using and disclosing personal data of users of the website tbeacon.com.ua (hereinafter referred to as the Site).

1. General provisions

1.1. Using the Site means your full agreement with this Privacy Policy.
1.2. If you do not agree with the terms of the Policy, you must stop using the Site.
1.3. The Site Owner has the right to change the Policy unilaterally. The new version comes into force from the moment of its publication.

2. What data do we collect?

2.1. Personal data: when placing an order, we collect Last name, First name, Patronymic, phone number, email address and delivery address.
2.2. Technical data: cookies, IP address, data on browser type and duration of stay on the Site (via Google Analytics).
2.3. We do not collect payment card data. Payment is made through the secure payment gateway monobank (Internet acquiring of JSC “UNIVERSAL BANK”).

3. Purpose of data collection and processing

3.1. To process and deliver your orders.
3.2. To provide technical support and engineering advice on the operation of electronic boards and tBeacon components.
3.3. To inform you about order status, new promotions or firmware updates (with your consent).
3.4. To analyze the operation of the Site and improve the service.

4. Data retention period

4.1. Personal data is stored for the period necessary to fulfill the purpose specified in this Policy, but not less than 3 years from the date of the last order (in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine).

5. Transfer of data to third parties

5.1. We transfer your data to third parties solely for the purpose of fulfilling the order:

  • delivery services (for example, Nova Poshta) – for sending goods;
  • payment systems – for conducting transactions.

According to the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection”, you have the right:

  • request correction or deletion of your personal data;
  • withdraw consent to data processing.
