This document is an official regulatory clarification of the legal status, purpose of the products, and graphic elements of the project’s visual style (logo).

  1. LEGAL STATUS AND NOMENCLATURE OF ACTIVITIES
    The business entity carries out exclusively civil engineering and production activities in strict accordance with the declared by the State Tax Service of Ukraine KVED 26.12 (“Manufacture of assembled electronic boards”). The products presented on the Site are not ready-made navigation systems, military communication equipment or dual-purpose means. The objects of production and sale are exclusively radio components, assembled printed circuit boards and related civilian accessories (housings, power supplies) for technical creativity and amateur modeling.
  2. SEMANTICS AND EXPLANATION OF GRAPHIC ELEMENTS OF THE LOGO
    The visual composition of the project’s brand name was developed exclusively in the context of the civilian hobby sector, orienteering, tourism and household property security:

— Quadrocopter graphic silhouette: Symbolizes exclusively civilian commercial and amateur unmanned aerial vehicles of wide use (categories of micro-UAVs, civilian radio-controlled aircraft models, drones for civilian service video shooting such as DJI Mavic and similar). The symbology represents the integration of electronic components into civilian hobbyist simulation systems to prevent loss of private property due to failures of regular positioning systems.

— Stylized image of a mountainous landscape and radio waves: Reflects the real operating conditions of civilian equipment (mountainous, forested or rugged landscape of the natural environment), where there is no coverage of cellular communication networks (GSM). The element symbolizes the autonomy of electronic boards in the unlicensed civilian frequency range SRD/LPD (433 MHz).

— The inscription “SEARCH & RESCUE” (Search and Rescue): It is a generally accepted international term that, within the framework of this project, describes exclusively the processes of amateur radio search, household location monitoring and civil property rescue from loss. This functionality is implemented by consumers within the framework of sports radio direction finding (“fox hunting”), eco-tourism, as well as when operating small-sized civilian transport (for example, search and location of tourist scooters, mopeds and ATVs in mountainous areas in the complete absence of mobile communication).

— The concept of “Alternative Search”: The project’s products are positioned as an alternative (additional) amateur radio method of locating technical equipment and civilian models based on the principle of autonomous radio direction finding, which completely excludes the use of commercial GSM networks.

All project products are developed, labeled, and supplied exclusively as civilian radio electronic components for individual technical assembly and sports.
